The collection contains 489 exhibits: charts, plans of ports, maps. Among the outstanding exhibits there are development projects of the port of Klaipeda before World War I and the port of Sventoji in the 3rd decade, XX c., as well as the map of the Curonian Spit covering the Curonian Lagoon, the coastline of the Baltic Sea from Kranz to Nimmersatt presenting the area in detail in 1910.
The collection also presents sea charts from the Soviet Period, received from fishing enterprises after the boats ended their service.

So far, the collection has not been particularly investigated, except the Plan of Offense of the Klaipeda Castle in 1757 which was obtained by the Museum in 2003.
